NOTE: Regrettably, shipping rates are climbing since the beginning of COVID 19 pandemics. Here we publish the most recent rates. In the event of any price increase this chart will be updated but please be assured that the shipping cost at Checkout always reflects an actual price the customer pays.

SHIPPING CUTOFF TIMES
GROUND SHIPPING: Orders are shipped out within 2-3 business days via our ground shipping options. We reserve the right to use other common carriers like Canada Post, USPS, FedEx and similar if this is beneficial for our customers.
EXPRESS ORDERS: 2-Day Shipping orders are shipped out the same day if received by 2pm EST. Orders received after 2pm will ship out the following business day.
We do not ship on weekends and Canadian Statutory Holidays.
DOMESTIC ORDERS
We charge a flat fee of CAD$19.95 for Canada.
Sales tax will be added at checkout.
We ship domestically via Canada Post or UPS.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship internationally to the continental US addresses only. We ship internationally normally via UPS. We reserve the right to use other common carriers like Canada Post, USPS, FedEx, DHL Express, and similar if this is beneficial for our customers.
We charge a flat fee of CAD$29.95 for the continental USA. Please note that any assessed duties or local taxes are not included in this rate and are the responsibility of the receiver.
SHIPMENT NOTIFICATION
You will receive a shipment notification e-mail once your order has shipped. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. The e-mail will include the tracking information to track your package online and the estimated time of arrival.
If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation e-mail, please contact us at info@logolodgetoys.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS: A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 15 business days for Canadian orders and 21 business days for international orders. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier. Although orders normally take much less than that we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed.
WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS: If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.
SIPPING TO PO BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES
We apologise but we do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
RETURN POLICY
30 Day Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. You may return an item within 30 days of receipt if it is in original, unworn condition and with tags attached. Refunds for all transactions will be issued to the original form of payment. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@logolodgetoys.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Canadian Returns - we do not offer free return shipping on Canadian orders. Any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
International Returns - due to logistics and costs we do not offer free return shipping on international orders. Any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
SALE ITEMS
Items marked "Sale" are not eligible for return. Gift certificates are non-refundable.
Items marked "Sale" on a product page are not eligible for return or exchange, and are not eligible for store credit. Please read sale item descriptions carefully. Sale items sent back to us will not be credited back to your account so please take care in ordering.
REQUEST A RETURN
To start a return, please contact us at info@logolodgetoys.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return authorization e-mail, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted.
Returns must be within our 30-Day return policy window in order to be eligible.
SHIPPING A RETURN
In order for us to process your return as quickly as possible, please fill out all the information requested in our Authorization e-mail. Make sure to print out the return sheet listing your customer information, the items being returned and place it in the box. Place all items in their original packaging into a secure box.
ISSUING A REFUND
Transit time back to the warehouse may take up to 14 business days. You will receive an e-mail once your return has been received & processed. Once your return is processed, please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to appear on your bank account (depending on your financial institution).
