Refund policy

We have a 30-Day Return and Refund Policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at info@logolodgetoys.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return authorization e-mail, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted.

RETURN POLICY

 We want you to be happy with your purchase. Refunds for all transactions will be issued to the original form of payment. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs. 

Canadian Returns - we do not offer free return shipping on Canadian orders. Any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

International Returns - due to logistics and costs we do not offer free return shipping on international orders. Any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

SALE ITEMS

Items marked "Sale" are not eligible for return. Gift certificates are non-refundable. 

Items marked "Sale" on a product page are not eligible for return or exchange, and are not eligible for store credit. Please read sale item descriptions carefully. Sale items sent back to us will not be credited back to your account so please take care in ordering.

SHIPPING A RETURN

In order for us to process your return as quickly as possible, please fill out all the information requested in our Authorization e-mail. Make sure to print out the return sheet listing your customer information, the items being returned and place it in the box. Place all items in their original packaging into a secure box.

 Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@logolodgetoys.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

ISSUING A REFUND

Transit time back to the warehouse may take up to 14 business days. You will receive an e-mail once your return has been received & processed. Once your return is processed, please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to appear on your bank account (depending on your financial institution).
